李俊熠家住黑龙江省哈尔滨市道里区，1976年入党。他在沈阳军区某汽车教导营学开车时，曾与雷锋有过三个多月的相处和交往。雷锋对于战友的那种春天般温暖，对于工作那种夏天般热情，都深深感染了他。  

Li Junyi, who lives in Daoli District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, joined the Communist Party in 1976. During his time of learning driving in one car training camp of Shenyang Military Region, Li Junyi had been with Leifeng for more than three months. Li was deeply touched by Leifeng for his spring-like warmth to comrades, as well as his summer-like passion to work.

1995年，他从哈尔滨车辆厂武装部退休，这时，社区正在开展美化亮化楼道的活动，于是，每天早晨，他都用水喷洒楼道，然后逐层清扫，再用拖布擦拭，最后用抹布把楼梯扶手擦干净。  

In 1995, Li Junyi retired from the Armed Forces Department of Harbin Vehicle Factory. At that time, his community was carrying out activities to clean and wipe the corridor. Therefore, every morning he sprayed the corridor with water, cleaning it layer by layer, wiped it with a mop, and finally wiped the handrails of the stairs with a mop.  

每逢换季，他还要把每一层楼道的玻璃窗擦得干干净净，在窗台上摆放绢花，让楼道既干净又靓丽。  

When the season changed, he also cleaned the windows of each floor, and placed silk flowers on the windowsill, which made the corridors clean and beautiful.

为更好地为社区居民服务，他把自家的电话号码贴在居民大院的公告板上。居民们谁家有个大事小情都会拨打这个“雷锋电话”。

为了做好事，他自掏腰包买了下水疏通器、灯座、灯泡、胶带、扳手等，还给自己立下规矩，只要邻居打来电话，不管多麻烦，一天之内必须完成。
